Terms of Service

Last updated September 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Vectorial Data Terminal (the "Terminal"), available at terminal.vectorialdata.com and through our mobile apps and APIs. By creating an account or using the Terminal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Terminal.

1. What the Terminal is

The Terminal is a software interface that lets you view markets and place orders on third-party decentralized venues, including Hyperliquid (perpetuals and spot) and Polymarket (prediction markets), from a wallet you control. We do not operate those venues, do not hold your funds, and do not act as a broker, exchange, custodian, or counterparty to any trade.

2. Eligibility

The Terminal is not offered to U.S. persons. You may use it only if you are not a U.S. citizen, U.S. resident, or U.S. person (including entities organized in the United States); you are not located in, nor a resident of, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or Belarus, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions; you are not on any sanctions list; and you are at least 18 years old and using the account on your own behalf. You confirm this when you sign up. A false certification is a breach of these Terms and we may close the account immediately.

3. Your wallet and your keys

Your account comes with an embedded wallet whose private key is generated and stored by our wallet infrastructure provider (Privy) in a trusted execution environment. We never see or hold that key. Sensitive actions (withdrawals, changes to sign-in methods, key export) require additional authorization such as a passkey and, for withdrawals, an address you have approved in advance. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods, devices, and passkeys secure. Exporting your private key moves the responsibility for that key entirely to you.

4. Trading risk

Perpetual futures, spot crypto assets, and prediction markets are volatile and can result in the loss of all funds you deposit. Leverage magnifies losses. Prediction markets resolve according to the rules of the venue, not ours. Prices, fills, liquidations, and settlements are determined by the third-party venue and the blockchain, and may differ from what the Terminal displays. You trade at your own risk and only with money you can afford to lose.

5. Copy trading

If you choose to copy a leader, orders are placed in your wallet automatically, sized to your capital, mirroring that leader's trades. Past performance of a leader does not predict future results. You can pause or stop copying at any time; open positions are closed when you stop. Leader fees (success and management) and the execution fee are disclosed before you start and deducted as described in the product. Leaders are independent users, not our employees or advisors.

6. No advice

Nothing in the Terminal, including market data, analytics, strategies, leader statistics, AI summaries, or notifications, is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You make your own decisions.

7. Fees

We may charge a routing ("builder") fee on orders placed through the Terminal and an execution fee on copied trades, in addition to the fees charged by the venues and the blockchain. Current rates are shown in the product before you trade. Fees are non-refundable once an order is executed.

8. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are on-chain transfers to your own wallet. Funds sent on the wrong network or in the wrong asset may be unrecoverable. Withdrawals go only to addresses you have approved and are subject to security holds described in the product (for example, after a passkey change). We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized access.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Terminal to break any law, evade sanctions, launder money, manipulate markets, abuse the API or automated agents, interfere with the service, or access another person's account. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

10. Availability and changes

The Terminal is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Third-party venues and blockchains may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly, and we are not responsible for their outages, forks, exploits, or rule changes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Terminal or of any third-party venue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Privacy

We collect the data needed to run the service and keep it secure: your sign-in identifiers, wallet addresses, device and connection information for each session, and your activity in the Terminal. We notify you of unusual account activity. We do not sell your data.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Terminal at any time and delete your account from Account settings. Your wallet and its key remain yours; withdraw your funds first. We may close or restrict accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
