Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vectorial Data Terminal (the "Terminal", at terminal.vectorialdata.com, including its API and MCP server) collects, why, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
1. What we collect
- Account. The sign-in method you choose (email address, Google or Apple account, passkeys) and the addresses of your wallets. Your wallet's private key is held by our wallet provider in a secure enclave; we never see it.
- Sessions. For each signed-in device: browser and device type, IP address, approximate city and country, and last activity. We use this to show you your active sessions and to alert you when someone signs in from somewhere new.
- Activity. What you do in the Terminal: orders, positions, deposits and withdrawals, strategies you copy or lead, alerts, journal notes, and support conversations. Trades and balances also live on public blockchains (Hyperliquid, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base), where anyone can read them.
- How you found us. The first page and referrer of your first visit, to know which channels work.
- Notifications. If you turn on notifications, your browser's push subscription; if you have an email, the messages we send you about your account.
- Connected AI apps. If you connect an AI app (such as Claude or ChatGPT) or run an agent through our API, the app's name, the permissions you granted, the actions it took, and the orders it proposed and you approved or rejected. Access tokens and API keys are stored only as one-way hashes.
- Usage and logs. Anonymous page analytics (no cookies), and server logs of requests (IP, path, browser) to run, debug, and protect the service.
2. Why we use it
To run the Terminal and your account; to keep it secure (sign-in alerts, fraud and abuse prevention, the eligibility and sanctions checks described in our Terms); to send the notifications you ask for; to answer support requests; to understand which features and channels work; and to meet legal obligations.
3. Who processes it for us
We use these providers to operate the service. Each receives only what it needs:
- Privy — sign-in and embedded wallets
- Supabase — database
- Vercel — hosting, server logs, and cookie-free analytics
- Axiom — log storage and search
- Cloudflare and Fly.io — security services and network gateways
- Alchemy — blockchain data and deposit notifications for your wallet addresses
- Resend — email delivery
- Anthropic — AI features such as summaries and support answers (the text you send to those features)
- Apple, Google, Mozilla and Microsoft push services — delivering browser notifications
- Hyperliquid and Polymarket — the venues that receive your orders
When you connect an AI app, that app (for example Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's ChatGPT) receives the data its tools read, under its own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
Account and activity data are kept while your account exists. Server logs are kept for about 30 days. Session records are kept while useful for security. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it or to prevent fraud. Data on public blockchains cannot be deleted by anyone.
5. Your choices
- See and sign out your devices in Account → Security.
- See and disconnect AI apps in Agents → Connections.
- Turn notifications on or off from the bell in the top bar.
- Delete your account from Account settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 60-day grace period, with emails so you can cancel it, and it does not go ahead while your wallets hold $1 or more: withdraw first.
- Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by writing to the address below.
6. Security
We protect accounts with passkeys, approved withdrawal addresses, sign-in alerts and server-side limits, and we run regular security reviews. You can read more, and report vulnerabilities, at /security.
7. Children
The Terminal is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
