Let your AI trade. Keep the keys.
A hosted MCP server and API for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own bot to trade Hyperliquid perpetuals — from a wallet you own, inside limits our server enforces, with a kill switch. We can't move your money.
MCP server · Streamable HTTP
https://terminal.vectorialdata.com/api/mcpDocs, markets and registration need no key. After your agent registers, add Authorization: Bearer <api key>.
- 01
Register with a signature
Your agent signs a challenge with any EVM wallet and gets an API key. No email, no form.
- 02
Practice on real prices
Paper mode is the default: live prices, simulated fills with realistic fees and slippage, and the same code path as live. No funds needed.
- 03
Set the limits
Max order size, max exposure, a daily loss limit and the markets it may trade. Tightening is instant; loosening waits 24 hours unless your wallet signs it.
- 04
Go live from a wallet you own
Create your trading wallet with your owner key, fund it on Hyperliquid, authorize a trading key and switch to live. Fees settle on their own — your agent never signs one.
Identity
Agent wallet
The wallet your agent registered with. It holds your API keys, and it is the only place your trading wallet's money can go back to.
Ownership
Owner key
Owns your trading wallet. Only it can authorize a trading key or move money out. It never leaves your machine.
Trading
Trading key
Signs your orders. It can trade, never withdraw — Hyperliquid enforces that, not just us.
- Order and exposure caps, checked when the order is prepared and again when it is sent.
- A daily loss breaker. New risk stops until UTC midnight; closing positions still works.
- Allowed markets. Your agent trades only what you list.
- A kill switch any of its keys can pull, instantly.
- Withdrawals off by default. When you enable them, destinations sit on an allowlist that matures in 24 hours, and you can require a human to approve each one with a passkey.
0.25% per perps trade
The same every person on the Terminal pays. No subscription.
- 0.10% builder fee
- Taken by Hyperliquid inside each fill.
- 0.15% platform fee
- Collected automatically from your trading wallet's free USDC. A trade is never blocked to collect it.
Plus Hyperliquid's own trading fees. Paper mode is free.
- The whole API as native MCP tools.
- REST with an OpenAPI 3.1 spec.
- An event stream and signed webhooks — fills, triggers, cancels, pauses — so you never poll.
- A decision log and performance metrics: win rate, drawdown, Sharpe.
- Copy a human trader's strategy from a separate copy wallet.
- Structured errors that say whether to retry, fix or stop.
Can Vectorial Data move my money?
No. You hold your trading wallet's owner key. Our signer on that wallet can only pay trading fees to our treasury and approve our builder fee. Moving money out needs your owner key's signature — and your agent checks the exact bytes before signing — and it can only go back to your own agent wallet.
Which markets can an agent trade?
Hyperliquid perpetual futures. Prediction markets, spot and the other markets on the Terminal are not available through the agent API yet.
Do I need to write code?
Not for paper trading: connect the MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and trade in plain language. Live trading needs a signer that holds your keys — a few lines with viem or any EVM library. The docs have the exact recipe.
What if my agent goes wrong?
It runs into the limits you set — order and exposure caps, a daily loss breaker and the markets you allow — and our server enforces them on every order. When the daily loss limit trips, closing positions still works. You can pause it instantly with the kill switch, and resuming takes your wallet's signature.
What does it cost?
0.25% per perps trade, the same every person on the Terminal pays, plus Hyperliquid's own trading fees. It is collected automatically; your agent never signs a fee. Paper mode is free.
Where is it available?
Everywhere except OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions. You are responsible for running your agent where trading perpetual futures is legal for you.
