Every card is one question. Tap Yes if you think it happens, No if you don't. Each button shows the chance the market gives it, what your $10 becomes if you're right (stake included), and the profit. Wrong = you lose your $10, never more. No is everything that isn't Yes.

Resolution rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Protect College Sports Act, or any other "qualifying bill" under the provision listed below becomes federal law in the United States between market creation and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". The Protect College Sports Act refers to the bill of that name which passed the Senate on September 28, 2026. An amended version of the Protect College Sports Act that is enacted will qualify regardless of whether it counts as a "qualifying bill" under the provision below. For purposes of this market, a "qualifying bill" is any federal legislation that establishes nationwide standards governing the name, image, and likeness (NIL) compensation of collegiate student athletes. A qualifying bill must limit or otherwise override the ability of the NCAA, athletic conferences, or similar intercollegiate athletic associations to restrict NIL compensation, and must modify the application of federal antitrust law with regard to college athletics (for example, by providing a limited antitrust exemption). A bill qualifies regardless of its title, bill number, sponsor, or chamber of origin, and regardless of any amendments made during passage, so long as the version that becomes law contains both elements listed above. The resolution source will be official U.S. federal government information (e.g., Congress.gov); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
